Michigan Avenue Night Time View
I stood on the side of the Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive Bridge and admired the view, after a work function last week. This is a major tourist hot-spot! Pictured here are major recognizable skyscrapers, such as the Chicago Tribune Tower, Wrigley Building, The Sun Times Building use to be visible here but it has been demolished. Another favorite tourist attraction is the Wendella boat cruise. Tourist and Chicagoans like myself can enjoy a guided tour along the Chicago River and admire the architecture of the Chicago Skyline.

Constructing A Skyscraper Giant
Building A skyscraper requires just as tall construction cranes. Driving north on Lake Shore Drive waiting in traffic on a weekday morning I took out my camera to snap at the high construction site.

Millennium Park
This past Friday was the first time that I ventured my way through Millennium park - finally. It is a very nice park that I will definitely visit more often. The Chicago skyline looked amazing and the vivid colors and lights within the park accentuated everything nicely. Below are a few of these colorful photos.

Nighttime Chicago Skyline
Although this picture is part of the Chicago Millennium Park Photos series I couldn't bare post it as a mere thumbnail. I think the Skyline looks amazing, although a bit blurry and a tad over exposed Anyway, it's worth a full size post.

Chicago Ave. & Sheridan Rd.
I came across this beautiful church right in the corner of Sheridan Avenue and Chicago, heading towards Lake Shore Drive. If anyone knows the name of this church please let me know.

Buckingham Fountain
Buckingham Fountain is open for business. This marvelous fountain sits in the middle of Grant Park, adding to the wonderful view of the Chicago skyline. I hope you enjoy the picture of this Chicago landmark. This is my view of it, every morning I drive in to work :)

Notice the new format. I will be posting Chicago Pictures at this larger size, thumbnails will remain smaller.

Driving Past Union Station
During the weekend union station is pretty empty. A block afterwards is the Sears Tower, also a pretty lowkey in terms of people that are in the tall skyscraper.

59th & Kedzie
Pretty old establishment... Movies no longer are shown in this old Colony theater. I'm surprised it''s till up. I remember when I was in highschool, next to the theater was Gerties Ice-cream Shop - Best banana splits in town.
