Wall Watching

During a regular morning drive to work (more regular than it should be honestly) I was scouting for picture shots. This one caught my eye. It can be found on a building on Michigan Avenue, just off Congress Blvd. I didn't catch the name of the building. Anyone willing to provide more info?
