Chicago 2008 Chinese New Year Parade

Although the weather was not friendly to the many people that gathered to view this year's Chinese New Year Parade, a large amount of gatherers enjoyed the festivities in the Chicago sub-zero weather. The Year of the Rat like many other Chinese New Year parades was celebrated by dancing dragons and many happy followers.
