Chicago - Art on Track
Chicago Art on Track
Chicago Art on Track, originally uploaded by Araceli Arroyo.
This past Saturday, Salvo and Lethal Poetry presented 'Art On Track', a moving interactive 'mobile arts exhibition' on the city's El track. A total of eight CTA train-cars were transformed into gallery rooms showcasing various forms of art of all mediums, including performing art. The moving exhibit circled the loop for many art patrons to enjoy from 6pm-10pm.

The event exhibited art from many various artist and galleries including: Flat Iron Artists Group, Quennect 4 Gallery, The Silver Room, Peter Jones Gallery and the Colibri Gallery and studio.

Wow I wish they had something like that down here in California! I mean there are a lot of artists down here and it would most definitely be a memorable day in a kodak moment type of history!
It really does look like a fun event and I wonder what other events like it they have planned! :)
With events like this Im sure with its positivity it will only enhance smiles all around the world!
